Responsibilities

• Creating optimised assets, including conceptualization, prototyping, and final products.
• Execute a range of visual styles from realistic to abstract.
• Lighting and Shading scenes and assets in Unreal.
• Using Unreal's particle system to design and create FX.
• Working closely with the Unreal Team to ensure assets maintain high quality and consistency across projects.
• Contributing innovative ideas to help improve your workflow and Dimension projects and mentoring less experienced members of staff.

Requirements

• 3+ Years professional experience as an Unreal Engine artist in the gaming industry, and 5+ as a 3D computer graphic artist
• Mastery in 3d modeling, UV space and sets.
• Professional experience and proficiency in 3d software like Maya, 3ds Max or Blender.
• Expertise in texturing tools such as: Substance Painter, Designer, Photoshop, Mari or other.
• Experience in complex material creation, VFX and Procedural creation.
• Have worked with animations, sequences and render outputs.
• Intermediate knowledge of Blueprints and construction scripts.
• Solid understanding of lighting, composition, color and detail.
• Ability to adapt to new software and techniques.

Nice to Have

• C++ or Python knowledge
• Basic experience with Megascans, Speedtree
• Interest in Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality/Augmented
